About the role
TCM is not a traditional consultancy and this isn't a traditional marketing role. As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll play a central role in helping shape the voice of The TCM Group. You'll work across our core brands, creating integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, digital communications, webinars, events and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen our reputation, generate new opportunities and support sustainable business growth.

Working alongside senior leaders, subject matter experts and our customer success teams, you'll help translate ideas into compelling campaigns that influence conversations across the people, culture and leadership profession.
It's a varied, fast-moving role that combines creativity, strategy, organisation and commercial awareness.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Creating engaging content across websites, email marketing, social media and digital channels.
- Developing thought leadership campaigns, case studies, customer stories and award submissions.
- Managing webinars, events and promotional activity.
- Supporting account-based marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintaining and developing our WordPress websites and digital platforms.
- Managing CRM activity and marketing performance through Salesforce.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analytics and market insight to improve results.
- Working with AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity, creativity and marketing effectiveness.
- Working closely with colleagues across the TCM ecosystem to strengthen our brands and support commercial growth.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness.
You'll be an excellent communicator who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content and campaigns. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in:
- Marketing and communications.
- Digital marketing and content creation.
- Website management (WordPress).
- Social media and email marketing.
- CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Webinar and event management.
- Lead generation and account-based marketing.
- Using AI responsibly to enhance marketing, communications and productivity.
