B4SI (Business for Societal Impact) is the global standard for measuring and managing corporate social impact. Operating as an independent global network supported by SLR, B4SI works with leading corporate members worldwide to improve the quality, consistency and credibility of social impact practice.
As Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will help represent the B4SI brand, delivering communications, campaigns and engagement activities on behalf of B4SI and its global member community. You’ll help to strengthen our profile, deepen member engagement, and support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
This role is ideally suited to a marketing and communications professional with a few years’ experience, looking to build on their campaign delivery experience within a globally recognised sustainability-focused organisation. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of B4SI’s annual marketing and communications plan
- Coordinating multi-channel campaigns from planning and content creation through to execution and evaluation
- Bringing B4SI thought leadership to life through reports, insights, member stories and flagship publications
- Delivering digital communications across LinkedIn, newsletters, website and other channels
- Using CRM, audience insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness
- Supporting the delivery and promotion of global events, webinars and the Annual Conference
- Building effective relationships with internal teams, members and external partners

About You
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience developing and delivering marketing and communications campaigns within a professional, corporate or membership-based environment
- Campaign planning, content development and performance measurement skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to support audience engagement and campaign delivery
- Data-driven approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- A genuine interest in social impact and sustainability, with enthusiasm for B4SI's mission and the role of business in delivering positive societal outcomes
