Marketing and Ecommerce Assistant - Remote

Scriveiner London: The Opportunity

About Scriveiner London Scriveiner is an award-winning British luxury brand specialising in writing instruments and premium accessories. Founded in 2019, our products are used by millions of customers worldwide, available via major online marketplaces and from over 1,000 retail stores. Our mission is to create beautiful, high-quality products that people love to use every day. Scriteiner has won the King’s Award for Enterprise, was named on The Sunday Times 100, and has received numerous international design awards.

Operating as a flagship brand of Infinity Brands—a founder-led business building premium global consumer brands—we are high-growth, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, focused on exceptional products and customer experiences.

The Opportunity Scriveiner is entering its next phase: transforming into a globally recognised name in accessible luxury. With growth across new markets, product ranges, and retail and direct sales, we need someone who excels in both systems building and operations execution.

The Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant is the connective tissue of marketing and commercial operations. This isn’t a support role—it’s an ownership role: ensuring flawless Shopify listings, active retailer pipelines, and autonomous weekly reporting with actionable insights.

The role demands global coordination, as the brand expands regionally and introduces localisation demands.

What You Will Own

  • Shopify catalogue management: Own product uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tagging, and collections—this must be 100% accurate across all markets at all times
  • Retail outreach tracker: Maintain an up-to-date system across all regions, logging every conversation, follow-up, and next action, ensuring no relationship becomes inactive
  • Self-driven ecommerce reporting: Produce autonomous, weekly reports that deliver clean, actionable performance insights without notifying the team
  • Market/product launches: Coordinate asset production globally, managing timelines, designers, and translators to deliver materials and localisation ahead of deadlines—zero gaps allowed
  • Trade communications: Draft and send customised, brand-aligned trade messages to retailers in every active territory, not templates
  • Ecommerce dashboards: Build and maintain actionable insights tools to monitor what’s working across markets
  • Proactive risk flagging: Identify and escalate Shopify discrepancies, performance dips, asset gaps, or stranded retailer contacts before they become larger issues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
