About Legacy East Midlands
At Legacy East Midlands, our focus is simple. We create experiences that people feel, remember, and rave about.
Working with established brands, we bring marketing to life through direct, human interaction. Every campaign is built on genuine connection, clear communication, and measurable impact. Behind that is a culture driven by performance, expansion, achievement, and knowledge, the foundations that shape both our results and our people.
If you are looking to be part of something where your growth is visible and your contribution matters, this is where it starts.
About the Opportunity
This is an entry point into marketing, customer acquisition, and business development. You will not be learning from theory alone. From the beginning, you will be involved in live campaigns, representing brands, engaging customers, and understanding how meaningful experiences translate into real growth.
The focus is not just on activity, but on development. You will build confidence, sharpen communication, and gain a clear understanding of how businesses expand through people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
