The Role

We're a B2B SaaS company in the hospitality sector, working with 6 of the top 10 biggest brands. We're looking for a recent graduate who's keen to build a career in marketing and events. You'll learn fast, work hard, and back yourself to get stuck in. You won't be sat on the sidelines - from day one you're planning events, running campaigns, and getting involved in everything the marketing team touches. Real ownership, real pace, real results.

This role is an office based role from our London office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Events: help plan and deliver events end-to-end (conferences, webinars, exhibitions, networking evenings), support budget tracking and report back on what worked, work directly with venues and suppliers so nothing drops, manage delegate comms and CRM updates before, during and after, and be on-site when it counts.
  • Marketing: get hands-on with integrated campaigns across email, social, paid and content, help build collateral (decks, landing pages, newsletters, brochures), keep the website sharp, and create and manage social content that grows our community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
