We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm based in Leicester, who are seeking a proactive Marketing and Events Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and creative marketing professional who enjoys a varied role combining business development, event management, marketing, and client engagement. The position will involve supporting key internal stakeholders with business development initiatives, managing events, preparing proposals, and promoting the firm's services across a range of platforms.

Benefits include a competitive salary of c£32,000, hybrid working, profit share scheme, discretionary bonus, private medical cover, generous holiday allowance, ongoing training and development, and a 35-hour working week.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a Business Development, Marketing or similar role
  • Experience preparing tenders and proposals would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally when required

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing company events, seminars, webinars and networking opportunities, including occasional out-of-hours attendance
  • Producing tenders, proposals, presentations and marketing materials to support new business opportunities
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with business development plans, meetings and CRM management
  • Coordinating legal directory submissions, PR opportunities, social media content and internal communications
  • Providing general business development and marketing support, with occasional travel to other UK offices
