Marketing & Loyalty Manager (Grocery & Retail Consumer Growth)

This is a strategic Marketing & Loyalty Manager position focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the rapidly growing Grocery & Retail business. The role combines marketing strategy, CRM, loyalty programmes, commercial partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact consumer growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Grocery & Retail growth objectives.
  • Own CRM and owned marketing channels, including Email, Push Notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new merchant launches and major commercial initiatives.
  • Drive loyalty programmes, including activations and merchant loyalty initiatives.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to optimise campaign effectiveness and marketing investment.
  • Identify opportunities for merchant-funded and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing partnerships.
  • Use customer insights and data to improve customer experience and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, CRM, Brand Marketing, Ads, and Consumer Growth teams.
  • Support and mentor a Merchandising Associate on campaign execution.

  • Strong background in Marketing, Consumer Growth, CRM, Loyalty, Strategy, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute end-to-end campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
