We're hiring a Team Assistant 🚀
We are Assist Virtually, a fast-growing company in the middle of an exciting rebrand, operational refresh and client-base expansion and we’re looking for someone to help support this growth.
You’ll be providing support across marketing, sales and operations in this varied, people-facing role which is suited to someone organised, proactive and confident on the phone, with an interest in using AI tools to work more efficiently.

What you'll be doing 👇
- Supporting our marketing and sales activity across the new tech stack
- Keeping day-to-day operations organised
- Building and using AI assistants
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in an administrative, marketing, sales or operations support role
- Familiarity with marketing or CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Experience using AI tools

- We’re based at the Glasshouse in Alderley Park, SK10 4TF
- We’d love you to be with us for 4 hours a day, 4 days a week (We are thinking 10am - 2pm Monday - Thursday but happy to discuss your preferred workstyle)
- Start Date: August
- Pro-rata holiday allowance + bank holidays
- ÂŁ30,625, pro rata salary
