Marketing and Social Media Apprentice

We are looking for an articulate and creative candidate with some knowledge of Digital marketing, websites, social media and visual promotion.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English (grade 4 / C or above)
  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4 / C or above)
  • Some experience of managing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads
  • Ability to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy
  • Ability to develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
  • Ability to plan and coordinate marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources
  • Ability to contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development
  • Ability to use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project
  • Ability to use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines
  • Ability to build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media
  • Ability to proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand
  • Ability to use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification
  • Ability to contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services
  • Ability to organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant
  • Ability to use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets
  • Ability to use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management
  • Ability to identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives
  • Ability to monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs
  • Ability to review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results
  • Ability to measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data
  • Other relevant qualifications and industry experience are welcome. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

  • Creating and editing existing and new graphics and visual information including websites, logos, brochures, newsletters and other Marketing Material
  • Providing ideas, Composing and posting online content for the company's social media pages
  • Create new imagery and content for all social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Manage and maintain the organisations’ websites
  • Assistance with visual artwork, photoshoots including interior Design ideas
  • Assisting with the preparation of various business presentations
  • Creation and maintenance of marketing literature to include digital and hard copy flyers, leaflets & e-shots to be used to promote products and services
  • Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

About Property Development & Construction

The role is spread across a number of businesses including Property Development, Construction, here in the UK and Dubai, UAE.
