Marketing & Social Media Apprentice
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Social Media Apprentice to join Ultrasonics Flightcases, a family-run business designing premium flightcases for the entertainment industry. Gain hands-on digital marketing experience, work with an experienced team, and help grow a well-established brand.
Wage
- £11,648 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age, National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices. Minimum wage rates opens in new tab.
Training Course
- Multi-channel marketer (level 3).
Hours
- Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4:30pm. 28 hours a week.
Start Date
- Tuesday 28 July 2026.

What You'll Do at Work
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Edit photographs and prepare images for their website and social media channels.
- Manage and help grow their social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Write blogs, news articles, and product descriptions for their website.
- Update and maintain their WordPress and WooCommerce website.
- Add new products and ensure existing product listings are accurate and up to date.
- Support SEO and wider digital marketing activities to improve their online visibility.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and content.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

What You'll Learn
Course contents:
- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines.
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive, and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are coordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day-to-day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations, and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret, and analyse customer or campaign data.

Training Schedule
The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing includes:
- Level 3 Diploma in Multi-Channel Marketing.
- Level 2 Functional Skill in Maths (if applicable).
- Level 2 Functional Skill in English (if applicable).
You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your digital marketing knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed). Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the Apprenticeship.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE in:
- English (grade 4).
- Maths (grade 4).
