This established gaming and esports events agency is looking for an apprentice to assist with multi-channel marketing in a unique environment.
The role will involve learning about and starting to create marketing campaigns working with colleagues across the following areas:
- Creating and posting engaging content on relevant social media accounts to B2B and B2C audiences
- Interacting in real time with customers through digital tools such as Discord and Twitch
- Monitoring social media & website metrics including SEO performance
- Maintain content on Wordpress sites and in-house systems
- Use of mailing list tools, e.g. Mailchimp
- Attendance at EPIC.LAN and client events to capture live coverage and wider event support as required
- Support the organisation of and attendance at marketing outreach events (e.g. local events or industry events)
- Support with the creation of content such as case studies and press releases
- Assisting with incoming enquiries through digital platforms
- Measure and evaluate the success of marketing activities
- Keep up to speed with current marketing best practices and new ideas
- Reflect the EPIC.LAN brand in all internal and external communications
- Undertake any other duties and in line with the responsibilities of the post
