Are you creative, driven, and always full of ideas for social media content? Do you love creating videos, writing engaging posts, and keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends? If so, weβd love to hear from you.
At CUBE HR, we're a growing HR consultancy helping businesses navigate people challenges through expert HR support, employment law advice, recruitment, training, and leadership development. We're looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team and play a key role in growing our brand and digital presence.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Writing blogs, video scripts, and marketing copy
- Designing graphics, reels, and digital assets
- Supporting SEO, website updates, and email marketing campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Using AI-powered tools to support content creation and marketing innovation
- Helping promote events, webinars, training courses, and client success stories

What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for marketing, content creation, and social media
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience creating content for social media platforms is a bonus
