Role Description
The Marketing Assistant role is a full-time hybrid position based in London, with some flexibility to work from home. The Marketing Assistant will support the development and implementation of marketing activities that promote the company’s care services and strengthen its brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, compiling reports, updating digital and print marketing materials, and helping to coordinate campaigns and events. The role also involves supporting customer service and sales efforts by responding to inquiries, maintaining contact lists and databases, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure clear communication of services to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Market Research abilities, such as gathering, analyzing, and reporting on market and competitor information relevant to care services.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including supporting promotional campaigns, lead follow-up, and basic sales administration.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media platforms).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and uphold equal opportunity and non-discriminatory practices.
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a care-related environment is beneficial; relevant vocational training or a qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
