PE Global is recruiting a Marketing Assistant on behalf of a leading global manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team supporting a well-established consumer brand within the automotive sector.

Pay Rate: £17.41 per hour PAYE
Location: Daventry
37.5h/week
5 days on site
Contract duration: 12 months
The Role
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you'll provide day-to-day support across a wide range of marketing activities, helping to deliver engaging campaigns, events, and digital content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Marketing Lead with daily administrative and marketing tasks
- Managing product sample stock and replenishment
- Organising couriers and logistics
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoice/payment processes
- Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video content, with opportunities to work on longer-form content
- Assisting with photography and image editing
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations
- Maintaining the marketing events and activity calendar
- Attending and supporting trade shows, exhibitions and customer events throughout the year
- Providing general support across the wider marketing function as required

Requirements:
- Experience creating video content, including filming and editing
- Basic photography skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills with confidence working across different teams
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support at events

Travel
This role involves occasional travel to customer meetings and industry events, particularly during peak event season (typically May to August), averaging around two trips per month. A full UK driving licence is essential. Business travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
