At Reserved, one of Europe's fastest-growing fashion retailers, we're looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our UK team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, marketing, communications, social media, and brand-building. Working closely with our PR & Brand Team, you'll gain hands-on experience across influencer marketing, events, brand campaigns, PR activity, and market research, helping to grow the Reserved brand across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the PR & Brand team with the delivery of marketing and PR campaigns
- Assisting with influencer outreach and researching new partnership opportunities
- Coordinating product samples, press loans, deliveries, and marketing materials
- Supporting the planning and execution of events, store openings, product launches, and brand activations
- Conducting competitor, trend, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities
- Acting as a key point of contact for marketing, PR, supplier, and stakeholder enquiries
- Assisting with administrative tasks including scheduling, database management, and meeting coordination
- Supporting ad hoc projects across the marketing and communications function

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about marketing, PR, communications, and fashion
- Creative and eager to contribute new ideas
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interested in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and emerging marketing trends
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (preferred)
- Understanding of marketing principles and communication channels
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience conducting research and analysing market trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
