About the Role
Bespoke is a growing sales and marketing company based in Newcastle. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns, communications, and day-to-day marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and structured development in a professional environment.
No specific marketing experience is required — we welcome applicants from customer-facing, administrative, or creative backgrounds who are eager to learn and develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team across a range of activities, including:
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Supporting content creation for campaigns, presentations, and internal communications
- Helping track campaign performance and compiling basic reports
- Coordinating marketing materials and supporting brand standards
- Working with sales and campaign teams to align messaging
- Participating in training sessions, briefings, and team meetings
- Supporting day-to-day marketing operations and administration

What We’re Looking For
This role may be a good fit if you:
- Have an interest in marketing, branding, or communications
- Are organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
- Are open to feedback and keen to develop new skills
- Have experience in customer-facing, admin, retail, hospitality, or creative roles (beneficial but not required)
