At Relay Direct, we work with some of the UK's leading consumer brands, delivering engaging face-to-face marketing campaigns that create meaningful customer connections.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be part of a field-based, performance-driven team, engaging directly with customers across B2B, B2C, and Events. This is a hands-on role where you'll represent our partner brands, build genuine relationships, and contribute to the success of live marketing campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of live marketing campaigns for well-known UK brands.
  • Engage directly with customers and confidently communicate campaign messages.
  • Represent our clients professionally across residential, business, and event campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve individual and shared goals.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in potential as much as experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy building relationships and communicating with people.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in, or an interest in, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or promotions.
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Are 18+ and have the legal right to work in the UK.

What You'll Receive

  • Performance-based earnings with realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £25,000-£30,000 per year.
  • Commission-driven pay, with earnings based on individual performance, including sales results and campaign targets achieved.
  • Full training and ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • Practical experience representing recognised UK brands.
  • Clear progression opportunities into Team Leader, Campaign Management, and Leadership roles.
