Marketing Assistant
Location: Daventry
Rate: £17.41 per hour
Contract: 12 Months (Initial)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, On-Site (5 days per week)

A global consumer products organisation is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support its marketing team across a broad range of brand, digital, and event activities. This is a hands-on role combining marketing administration, content creation, event coordination, and social media support. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead and Digital team, helping to deliver engaging campaigns while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of marketing operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, content creation, and automotive culture who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Lead with day-to-day marketing activities
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoice and payment processing
- Coordinating product samples, stock replenishment, and courier logistics
- Creating, filming, and editing short-form digital content
- Supporting digital campaigns, influencer activity, and social media initiatives
- Assisting with photography and visual content creation
- Maintaining the marketing events and exhibition calendar
- Attending and supporting trade shows, customer events, and exhibitions
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns on time
- Supporting general marketing administration and project coordination
About You:
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing assistant role
- Confident creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about automotive brands or the automotive industry
- Proactive, creative, and willing to get involved across multiple projects
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
