About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing global marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in marketing within a fast-paced, international business.
You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, digital activity and events, helping to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Assist with social media content creation and management of the content calendar
- Produce marketing materials including presentations, email campaigns and external communications
- Provide PowerPoint and bid support to the Sales team for RFPs and proposals
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO best practice is followed
- Work within HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage data, email campaigns and marketing assets
- Monitor and report on campaign and website performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Conduct competitor and market research to support marketing strategies
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events and webinars
- Support general marketing administration including data management and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time
Essential
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Business (with Marketing) or a Creative/Digital discipline
- Strong interest in marketing, social media and digital trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)

Desirable
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing/CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics
- Exposure to marketing campaigns, events or content creation (internship or coursework)

- Growth in engagement across digital channels (social media, email, web)
- High-quality, on-brand content creation
- Accurate and well-maintained CRM and marketing data
