Role Summary
At CompassRock, we believe great places are built with great marketing.
As our portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone with up to 12 months' marketing experience who’s looking to build their career within a fast-growing business.
Working alongside the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Communications & Engagement Executive, you'll gain career-developing experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines. You’ll be supporting campaigns for multiple residential developments while developing your skills in performance/digital marketing, brand & creative, and multi-channel property marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to gain hands-on experience across lead-generation, brand, and customer retention.
Don’t worry, this isn’t the typical ‘entry-level’ marketing role! You’ll be surrounded by a team with decades of marketing experience, keen for you to learn, collaborate, and for you to get fully involved with campaign activity and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
