Salary: £27k p/a (depending on experience)
Reports to: Chief Sales Officer (Board)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Location: Horsham, West Sussex, office (Hybrid Available)
Contract: Full-time Perm.
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Role purpose
To support the smooth running of the marketing function as a junior all-rounder, beginning with administrative and task-coordination support and progressively taking on hands-on marketing work as skills and experience develop.
The opportunity
This is a development role in a busy, ambitious and AI-first marketing team. It offers broad exposure across the function and a clear path to grow from support into hands-on marketing delivery, with training and mentoring throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the marketing team.
- Help track tasks, deadlines and progress across marketing activity, keeping work organised and on schedule.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of campaigns and customer communications.
- Contribute to copywriting and content across channels as skills develop, with support and feedback.
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work, with training, to help with drafting, organising and researching.
- Take on progressively greater marketing responsibility over time as experience grows.

Person Specification - Essential
- Strong written English: clear, accurate and easy to read.
- Well organised and reliable, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
- A genuine appetite to learn and to build a career in marketing.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them in day-to-day work.
Person specification - desirable
- Some previous copywriting or writing experience (in any context - academic, personal, freelance or professional).
- Familiarity with common office and productivity tools.
- An interest in broadband, telecoms or consumer marketing.
