About the role
As two of the UK’s fastest-growing car brands, we are looking for a Digital Paid Media Assistant to join our growing Marketing team and help support our campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career marketer looking to build hands-on experience across paid media, performance reporting and digital marketing within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Marketing Supervisor with the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other partners.
- Assist with lead generation activity and monitor campaign performance against key KPIs and targets
- Support with invoice processing and raising payments for suppliers, in line with company policies.
- Produce regular digital paid media and lead generation performance reports
- Coordinate with external agencies and media partners to support campaign delivery
- Assist with email marketing and CRM activity, including campaign setup, audience management, and reporting
- Support updates and optimisation across brand websites and landing pages
- Assist in the development and coordination of creative assets for paid campaigns
- Support wider marketing partnerships, activations, and digital projects where required
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain strong organisation across marketing documents, budgets, schedules, and reporting trackers

Requirements:
Essential:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field OR 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing-related role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint
- Interest in digital marketing, paid media, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Desirable:
- Previous placement year or internship experience in marketing or advertising
- Understanding of web, CRM and email marketing platforms
- Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
- Automotive industry interest or experience
