We are seeking a talented and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic UK team for a 12 month internship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand's presence and engagement in a vibrant market.
Collaborating closely with the Brand Director and the International Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our marketing and communications strategies. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for luxury marketing and a keen eye for detail.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Assist the Marketing team in all aspects of the marketing plan implementation, including events, CRM, visual merchandising, media, promotional activities, and tactical PR.
- Coordinate and manage the planning of all events, ensuring alignment with Montblanc international guidelines and brand initiatives, including budgeting and results reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation and communication of launch alerts, product information, and assets to the commercial network (Retail and Wholesale) and internal teams, tracking their implementation on external platforms.
- Support the PR agency by assisting with asset distribution (press releases, images), organizing PR events and trips, and managing product samples and loan documentation.
- Assist the Clienteling Manager with email marketing campaigns and other CRM duties.
- Organize the allocation of Visual Merchandising materials to Points of Sale (POS) in accordance with annual VM planning and the VM Coordinator’s instructions.
- Coordinate the production of media assets, ensuring timely delivery to publications and suppliers according to the media plan.
- Analyze PR media coverage, providing fortnightly highlights to the internal team and submitting comprehensive PR reports.
- Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, vendor creation, and purchase order generation.
- Provide ad-hoc support to management as required.

- Desirable: previous experience working in a marketing role, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
