About the Role

We are looking for a confident and commercially aware Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, brand representation, and measurable performance outcomes.

The role is not purely digital. You will be actively involved in live marketing campaigns, working directly with audiences and supporting brand engagement initiatives designed to strengthen visibility and customer interaction.

You will gain real-time exposure to how campaigns operate in market, working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver strong results.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in marketing, communication, campaign coordination, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of client marketing campaigns
  • Represent client brands professionally during live campaign activity
  • Engage with target audiences to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Conduct market and audience research to support campaign planning
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting insights
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
  • Provide operational support to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, communications, business, sales, events, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.

We particularly value individuals who have demonstrated responsibility, leadership, or strong performance in fast-paced environments.

Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, motivation, and a willingness to learn within a dynamic team environment.
