We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant - Operations to join our dynamic Regatta Marketing team.


About the Role

The Impact You Will Have

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in bringing online products to life, ensuring everything is accurate, well-organised, and delivered on time. You’ll:

  • Coordinate Ecommerce Photography

    • Manage schedules, product samples, and trackers to guarantee timely delivery
    • Support photography and asset production, ensuring quality and deadline compliance
  • Maintain Exceptional Accuracy & Quality

    • Conduct detailed checks across product data, imagery, and marketing materials
    • Monitor consistency and correctness to enhance the customer experience
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact downstream processes
  • Support Marketing Operations

    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Digital, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless workflows
    • Provide reliable and organised operational support for content and campaign delivery
    • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

You will bring invaluable structure, reliability, and creative input to ensure effortless project execution. This includes:

  • Ensuring ecommerce photography projects are delivered on time and in line with seasonal deadlines
  • Maintaining high accuracy in product details, images, and promotions
  • Supporting seamless operations across multiple teams while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Identifying and resolving issues efficiently before they escalate
  • Working collaboratively to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies

Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • A highly organised and detail-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in working with data, trackers, and structured workflows
  • A proactive, accountable approach with ownership mindset
  • Experience (or exposure) through internships, placements, or early-career roles in marketing, ecommerce, retail, or commercial functions
  • Interest in marketing operations, ecommerce, or content production
