Salary: £15–£18 per hour

Hours: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their growing remote marketing team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, aspiring marketers, content creators, career changers, and candidates looking to gain experience in digital marketing.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support a range of marketing activities including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and campaign reporting while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple channels.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Update website content and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Help organise online promotions and marketing projects.
  • Maintain marketing databases and digital assets.

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for marketing, social media, and digital communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is advantageous.
  • Marketing qualification or degree is beneficial but not essential.
  • No previous marketing experience required – full training provided.
