About Quantumloopai
QuantumLoopAI is transforming how patients access NHS primary care. Our AI-powered reception system, EMMA, serves millions of NHS patients, helping GP surgeries manage demand, reduce phone queues, and ensure patients get the right care at the right time. Backed by leading healthcare investors and working with NHS practices across England, we are building the future of primary care access. As we prepare for our Series A and expand our team, we are looking for exceptional people who want to make a genuine difference to the NHS.
About The Role
This is not a typical marketing assistant role. You will work directly with our CEO to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that drive EMMA's adoption across NHS GP surgeries nationwide. You will have genuine ownership of campaigns, direct access to leadership, and the tools to make a real impact from day one. Within months, you will build a portfolio of work that would typically take years to accumulate — all while helping transform healthcare access for millions of patients and thousands of NHS staff.
What You Will Do
- Execute marketing strategy across digital, content, events and partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO
- Create compelling campaigns targeting NHS surgeries, GP federations and healthcare decision-makers
- Conduct customer interviews and build case studies, testimonials and success stories that demonstrate EMMA's impact
- Manage website content, social media channels and email marketing to drive qualified demo bookings
- Build and optimise lead generation campaigns using our enterprise-level HubSpot platform
- Develop marketing collateral for the sales team including pitch decks, one-pagers and presentations
- Represent QuantumLoopAI at NHS conferences, events and industry meetings
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum return on investment
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality creative work

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
