Marketing Associate – AI, Data & Analytics Fintech
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Salary: £45,000–£70,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
A leading global fintech software company is looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join its growing marketing team. The business works with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and is investing heavily in expanding its marketing function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who wants real ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to use AI as a core part of their everyday role.
Required experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Strong digital marketing experience across email, paid campaigns, social, web, and analytics
- Experience supporting demand generation, campaigns, events, and content creation
- Genuine interest and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and marketing output
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision making
