Our client is a long-established, PE-backed fintech software company serving the world's leading financial institutions. With teams across London, Paris, New York and APAC, they're in an active growth phase and building a marketing function with real ambition behind it.
The Role
This is a true all-rounder position, running a field event one day, shipping an AI-crafted campaign the next. You'll sit at the intersection of digital, demand generation and experimentation, with senior backing to challenge how things are done.
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns end to end across email, paid, social and web
- Support field marketing: events, webinars, roundtables and industry sponsorships
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate content, campaign ideation and reporting
- Build nurture journeys and track performance through the CRM and automation stack
- Produce standout assets: landing pages, email sequences, social copy, ad creative
- Turn data into insights the wider team can act on
- Partner with sales, product and senior marketing on pipeline goals

What They're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, fintech or SaaS
- Genuine AI fluency; you're already building workflows and working smarter with the latest tools
- Strong digital fundamentals: paid, SEO, email and analytics
- Creative instinct with analytical rigour; you can write a headline and read a dashboard
- Energy, pace and curiosity; comfortable trying things, failing fast and pivoting
- Bonus: MarTech experience (HubSpot, Salesforce), exposure to financial services or trading technology, or a side project that shows you walk the talk
