Role Overview

hackajob is collaborating with OneAdvanced to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

You will be a member of the legal sector marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager for Legal, responsible for the planning, creation and running of campaigns to create pipeline and contributing to the winning, delivery and retention of future customer revenues within that sector, including for The National Will Register brand. You will be a key point of contact within the Legal team for planning and executing activities including interacting with sales teams and wider business functions and a key player in the growth of the Legal sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns to grow pipeline within the Legal sector, including The National Will Register
  • Track and manage budgets associated with your campaigns
  • Drive the execution of the marketing plan
  • Report back on campaign success and help optimise campaign plans accordingly
  • Coordinate colleagues providing digital, content and product marketing support, together with creative, operations and other colleagues
  • Deliver targeted results based on the creation of leads, pipeline and won business through your campaigns
  • Interact with colleagues in other teams, including Sales, Customer Success and Product Management and other marketing colleagues
  • Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Be able to report and forecast results to stakeholders around the business
  • Be a key member of the OneAdvanced marketing team, contributing to broader product category activities and supporting the attainment of the OneAdvanced brand goals
  • Identify, recommend and manage third party resources and partner relationships as required

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience planning and running marketing campaigns
  • High commercial awareness, growth mindset and targets focus
  • Being able to exhibit an ability to develop market sector knowledge and apply to successful marketing campaigns beneficial
  • Knowledge of marketing within SaaS and / or legal sector knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust across multiple stakeholders of various levels
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management
  • Strong writing skills
  • Highly creative, proactive, decisive, and organised with a high attention to detail
  • Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role
  • Good analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign success
  • Experience in website CMS, social media and email marketing systems
  • Team player
  • Commitment to personal and team excellence
  • Be able to join regular face to face meetings and workshops, office working in the Mailbox will be required on a regular basis
  • Attendance at events including travel and overnight stays may be required at times
