Marketing Automation Lead – HubSpot

Up to £85,000
Remote - London once per quarter

We’re partnering with a global, enterprise-scale B2B business investing heavily in marketing automation, data and AI.

As part of this transformation, they’re hiring a Marketing Orchestration & Automation Lead to own how lifecycle, automation and data-driven marketing are designed and delivered across the customer journey.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of automation, data and AI, owning the design and optimisation of lifecycle journeys across the full funnel.

Working closely with technical marketing, digital and commercial teams, you’ll ensure marketing activity is orchestrated across channels - not executed in silos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle strategy across acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention and re-engagement
  • Design and build automated, behaviour-led journeys across email, web, chat and paid channels
  • Orchestrate omnichannel experiences to ensure consistent, joined-up customer journeys
  • Leverage enrichment and intent data to improve targeting, segmentation and personalisation
  • Develop and optimise AI-driven experiences, including chat, dynamic content and automated follow-ups
  • Build and continuously improve automation workflows, lead scoring and lifecycle progression
  • Establish testing frameworks to optimise performance across campaigns and journeys
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure scalable, reliable delivery within HubSpot

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
