Marketing Automation Lead – HubSpot
Up to £85,000
Remote - London once per quarter
We’re partnering with a global, enterprise-scale B2B business investing heavily in marketing automation, data and AI.
As part of this transformation, they’re hiring a Marketing Orchestration & Automation Lead to own how lifecycle, automation and data-driven marketing are designed and delivered across the customer journey.
The Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of automation, data and AI, owning the design and optimisation of lifecycle journeys across the full funnel.
Working closely with technical marketing, digital and commercial teams, you’ll ensure marketing activity is orchestrated across channels - not executed in silos.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy across acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention and re-engagement
- Design and build automated, behaviour-led journeys across email, web, chat and paid channels
- Orchestrate omnichannel experiences to ensure consistent, joined-up customer journeys
- Leverage enrichment and intent data to improve targeting, segmentation and personalisation
- Develop and optimise AI-driven experiences, including chat, dynamic content and automated follow-ups
- Build and continuously improve automation workflows, lead scoring and lifecycle progression
- Establish testing frameworks to optimise performance across campaigns and journeys
- Partner with technical teams to ensure scalable, reliable delivery within HubSpot

Experience Required
- Background within large, complex B2B environments (technology, SaaS, telecoms or similar)
- Strong experience owning marketing automation and lifecycle strategy at scale
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (essential)
- Experience with data enrichment, intent data and ABM-style programmes
- Strong understanding of modern B2B buyer journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing, personalisation or conversational experiences
