Job position: Marketing Automation Specialist, Efekta
Office location: London – Hybrid (4 days per week in the office, 1 day remote)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with experience with Marketing Cloud to join our Efekta team.
This pivotal role will support our marketing and operations teams and will be responsible for maintaining, building and executing our customer marketing and communication journeys in Marketing Cloud, working across multiple languages and different stages of the lifecycle.
You will work closely with both teams, putting ideas to canvas in building and optimizing high quality CRM journeys across all stages of our customer lifecycle. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual, that wants to step up and push improvement across our campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and project management skills with a proven track record in managing Marketing Cloud journeys.

Key responsibilities
- Working with business unit stakeholders and CRM team Plan, build and manage marketing automation workflows in our ESP platform for campaigns across email, WhatsApp and push notifications.
- Liaising with business units, creative and copy stakeholders to coordinate a well thought out user journey across our customer and student lifecycle, in multiple languages.
- Own campaign execution and customer journeys including segmentation, automation and personalisation in Marketing Cloud and act as first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Look to continually enhance and improve our customer journeys.
- Provide support to regional teams on ad hoc email sends and custom audiences.
The skills & experience we look for
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing automation role with at least 1 year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (including content builder, journey builder, automation studio).
- Proficient in SQL and audience segmentation.
- HTML/CSS experience modifying and building emails.
- Good knowledge of data infrastructure, relational databases and CRM data flows to ensure seamless data syncs – Salesforce Data Cloud desired but not essential.
- Knowledge of conditional logic and dynamic personalisation scripting - AMPScript desired but not essential.
- Project management skills.
- Motivation to learn and grow within the role.
- Interest in technology.
- Great attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across complex journeys.
- KPI focused.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
