Role: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire (with flexibility to work from home)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Company description:

Levo is a specialist automotive agency, helping some of the world’s most recognised brands connect data, CRM, marketing and digital to deliver measurable growth.

Founded in January 2022, we’ve experienced significant growth, from three founders to a team of over 30. We currently work with some of the biggest automotive brands in the world and have plans to continue growing in the UK and abroad.

For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative and highly ambitious team. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and be valued and recognised for your contribution as the business looks to achieve its next phase of growth targets.

As well as the opportunity to work with the most recognised names in the automotive space, you’ll be supported by a team at the top of their game who will help you thrive, develop your skills and progress.

Job description:

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join Levo’s growing CRM team, responsible for delivering highly targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns across a range of clients.

This role will be responsible for building, deploying and optimising campaigns through leading Marketing Automation platforms, ensuring every customer communication is delivered to the right audience, at the right time, through the right channel.

Working closely with our Account Management, Creative, Digital and Data teams, you will take campaign briefs and transform them into automated customer journeys, dynamic audience segmentations and personalised communications that deliver measurable business results.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketing Automation platforms, CRM systems and customer data, with experience building automated customer journeys, managing campaign execution and continually optimising performance through testing and insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
