About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing & BD Senior Executive to join our global team.
Our Marketing team works closely with wider business stakeholders across the globe to execute the marketing and business development strategy for our global operations, combining hands-on marketing with broader brand-raising initiatives.
This role reports into the Global Marketing Director and will support the business with global marketing and business development across its renowned practices. The role involves building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborating on a wide range of marketing and business development activities to support a global, coordinated strategy. This is a varied, hands-on role covering digital marketing, business development, pitches, events, campaigns, CRM, thought leadership and awards.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing, Content & Brand
- Support the global Marketing team to create and deliver targeted digital marketing campaigns across email, website and social media, while ensuring brand compliance and positioning in the market.
- Develop client newsletters and event invitations for email marketing distribution via Hubspot.
- Work with senior stakeholders to develop and distribute high-quality content and thought leadership that aligns with business goals.
- Monitor industry activity, market research and external profile-raising initiatives.
Marketing Collateral & Pitching
- Work independently, under the direction of the Global Marketing Director, to develop compelling pitch/proposals and presentations for clients.
- Update and maintain pitch decks, credentials database and marketing collateral for regional and global usage.
- Support practice and industry specific marketing goals around client growth opportunities.
- Work alongside our graphic designer and Marketing team to develop innovative marketing collateral.
Business Development & CRM System
- Provide day-to-day business development and marketing support, including supporting the marketing strategy, budgets, reporting, client presentations and meeting coordination with senior stakeholders.
- Day-to-day management of CRM including updating marketing activities, updating contact records, leading internal training and automated reporting.
- Work closely across the globe on coordinated business development and marketing initiatives.
Events & Conferences
- Support event planning and logistics around hosted events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget management.
- Manage event invitations, reminders, on-the-ground support and follow-up reporting.
- Work with office managers on local events and industry conferences. Occasional event travel required.

About You
- Significant experience supporting marketing and/or BD teams gained within the professional services industry.
- Strong team-working and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with partners, senior stakeholders, and colleagues across functions and regions.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word and design skills (i.e. Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge and use of marketing related platforms and data analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Sprout Social/Hootsuite, CRM systems, CMS systems)
- Strong communication skills, organization and attention to detail
- Confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality work to the highest standards and ensuring excellent grammar/English written language.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent. CIM is optional.
