We’re looking for a highly organised, ambitious and proactive individual to join the L.CUPPINI team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and gain hands-on experience across every aspect of a fast-growing luxury fashion e-commerce brand.
Unlike a traditional marketing role, this position offers exposure to the wider business. Alongside marketing, you’ll support influencer partnerships, events, retail, customer experience and day-to-day business operations, giving you a unique opportunity to understand how a luxury brand is built from the inside.
No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating an influencer campaign, the next helping organise a brand event, assisting with a product launch or supporting operational projects behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and wants to grow alongside the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
