At Reserved, one of Europe's fastest-growing fashion retailers, we're looking for a creative, driven and commercially-minded Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our UK team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, marketing, PR, influencer partnerships and brand development. Working closely with both our UK and international teams, you'll play a key role in growing the Reserved brand across the UK through impactful campaigns, media activity, events, employer branding and creative marketing initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of marketing and PR strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers and external partners.
- Creating and adapting engaging content for marketing, PR and social media activity.
- Planning and coordinating campaigns, product launches, store openings and brand events.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives that help attract and retain talent.
- Managing influencer collaborations, gifting programmes and product seeding activity.
- Coordinating product samples, press loans and marketing materials.
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing insights and recommendations.
- Working with UK and international stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all activity.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about marketing, communications, branding and fashion.
- Creative, proactive and always looking for new ideas.
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Commercially aware and interested in consumer trends.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within marketing, PR, communications, branding or a similar role.
- Experience supporting campaigns, events or brand initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends is desirable.
- Experience within fashion, retail or a consumer-facing brand would be advantageous.
