HR-Structures UK is a pioneer in aluminium-framed industrial buildings, offering lightweight structures that range from simple canopies to insulated and uninsulated industrial and sports facilities. The company specialises in resilient, sustainable, and cost-effective buildings that can be installed without foundations, making them ideal for fast deployment and flexible use. These temporary structures are widely used across manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, and sports sectors for secure storage, production space, temperature-controlled environments, sports halls and padel courts.
Role Overview
A commercially focused marketing role responsible for supporting the growth of the business through digital marketing management, market research, content creation, lead generation and sales support. The successful candidate will work closely with external marketing partners to ensure website, SEO and PPC activity is effectively managed, measured and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Agency Management
- Manage the relationship with external marketing agencies, ensuring website, SEO and PPC activity is planned, delivered and continually improved.
- Review SEO and PPC performance, identifying opportunities and ensuring activity is aligned with business objectives.
- Understand key digital marketing metrics including website traffic, rankings, conversion rates, lead generation and campaign performance.
- Challenge agency recommendations and ensure actions are tracked and progressed.
- Support ongoing website development, content improvements and conversion optimisation.

Marketing Strategy & Market Research
- Conduct competitor research to understand:
- Market positioning
- Website performance
- SEO strategy
- Content approach
- Product messaging
- Customer targeting
- Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations to improve visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Content & Marketing Material Creation
- Create professional marketing materials using Canva, AI tools and existing templates.
- Produce:
- Customer presentations
- Sales presentations (PowerPoint)
- Case studies
- Brochures
- LinkedIn content
- Email campaigns
- Supporting sales collateral
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency in research, content creation and marketing output.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
- Support business development activity through targeted lead generation.
- Research potential customers, projects and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel.
- Identify relevant contacts and opportunities within target markets.
- Support sales campaigns and outreach activity.
- Track lead generation activity and outcomes.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Produce regular marketing performance reports.
- Maintain Excel-based reporting dashboards covering:
- Website performance
- SEO progress
- PPC performance
- Lead generation
- Marketing activity
- Competitor insights
- Provide recommendations based on data and performance trends.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Previous marketing experience within a digital marketing, marketing executive or similar role.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how search performance is improved.
- Experience working with websites, content management and external marketing agencies.
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate data into actions.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience creating professional marketing materials.
- Comfortable using AI tools and Canva to improve marketing output.
Desirable:
- B2B marketing experience.
- Experience with PPC campaigns.
- Experience supporting sales teams or business development.
- Experience within construction, engineering, property or technical sectors
Salary:
£27,000-£33,000 depending on experience
