On behalf of our client, a leading boutique private client, family and contentious trusts firm ranked top-tier in Chambers and The Legal 500, we're recruiting for a Marketing & BD Executive to join their close-knit team. This "full mix" role spans both marketing and Business Development (BD), working closely with the wider team of 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, Spear's), liaising with partners and analysing rankings feedback
- Support CRM initiatives and track new business opportunities
- Run BD activities including targeting, research, events, and client meetings
- Develop pitch content and maintain BD resources
- Support CRM data integrity and system rollout

What We're Looking For:
- 2 years' marketing/BD experience, ideally in professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Event management experience (in-person and virtual)
- Commercially curious with a creative approach to BD
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
