Marketing Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing professional to join a rapidly growing accountancy and advisory practice in a newly created Marketing Business Partner position.

As Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships across the business and developing marketing initiatives that support both regional and firm-wide objectives.

Working closely with Partners, Directors and Business Development teams, you'll gain a deep understanding of the firm's priorities and identify opportunities to drive growth through targeted marketing activity.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Are Likely To Include

  • Developing and delivering marketing plans aligned to business goals and growth ambitions.
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Supporting lead generation and client acquisition initiatives through targeted marketing activity.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create thought leadership, client communications and sector-focused content.
  • Managing events, seminars, webinars and networking opportunities that enhance the firm's market presence.
  • Supporting bid and proposal activity with compelling marketing materials and collateral.
  • Raising the profile of the firm's service lines and specialists through PR, social media, content marketing and external profiling opportunities.
  • Working with colleagues and external agencies to deliver campaigns, creative assets and communications projects.
  • Managing website content and supporting digital marketing initiatives to improve engagement and visibility.
  • Tracking campaign performance and providing insight-led recommendations to maximise return on investment.
  • Supporting internal communications initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and promote business priorities.

This role would suit an individual who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.

The Successful Candidate Is Likely To Have

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Business Partner, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Experience working within accountancy, legal, financial services, consultancy or another professional services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign planning, lead generation and brand-building activity.
  • Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience creating and overseeing content across a variety of channels, including email, social media, website and thought leadership programmes.
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools and marketing performance reporting.
  • Experience measuring campaign effectiveness and using data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in supporting business growth.
