Job Title: Marketing Campaign Co-Ordinator


Overview

  • Location: London (Hybrid)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week
  • Salary: Up to £31 p/h
  • Type: PAYE Agency temp 12-months temporary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support creative production and direct campaigns, ensuring:
    • Briefs, inputs, assets, and timelines are clear and aligned
  • Coordinate day-to-day workflows, including:
    • Asset readiness
    • Template inputs
    • Copy
    • Localisation considerations
    • Feed requirements (e.g., DCO)
  • Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to streamline campaigns through:
    • Briefing
    • Build
    • Q&A
    • Delivery
  • Manage production trackers, status updates, and delivery timelines across active campaigns
  • Coordinate:
    • Feedback rounds
    • Approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Support BAU campaign delivery, while actively improving:
    • Processes
    • Documentation
    • Team’s ways of working

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in:
    • Creative production
    • Project coordination
    • Campaign operations
    • Digital marketing
    • Agency account management
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including:
    • Managing overspill projects and urgensed deadlines
  • Comfort with:
    • Creative assets
    • Media specifications (DOC focus)
    • Production timelines
    • Approval workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • An attention to detail, proactiveness, and ability to:
    • Chase inputs
    • Resolve blockers
  • Experience with the following is helpful but not mandatory:
    • DCO
    • Paid social
    • Display ads
    • Dynamic feeds
    • Dynamic creative
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-team environment involving multiple vendors
