Job Title: Marketing Campaign Co-Ordinator
Overview
- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Salary: Up to £31 p/h
- Type: PAYE Agency temp 12-months temporary

Key Responsibilities
- Support creative production and direct campaigns, ensuring:
- Briefs, inputs, assets, and timelines are clear and aligned
- Coordinate day-to-day workflows, including:
- Asset readiness
- Template inputs
- Copy
- Localisation considerations
- Feed requirements (e.g., DCO)
- Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to streamline campaigns through:
- Briefing
- Build
- Q&A
- Delivery
- Manage production trackers, status updates, and delivery timelines across active campaigns
- Coordinate:
- Feedback rounds
- Approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support BAU campaign delivery, while actively improving:
- Processes
- Documentation
- Team’s ways of working

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in:
- Creative production
- Project coordination
- Campaign operations
- Digital marketing
- Agency account management
- Exceptional organisational skills, including:
- Managing overspill projects and urgensed deadlines
- Comfort with:
- Creative assets
- Media specifications (DOC focus)
- Production timelines
- Approval workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- An attention to detail, proactiveness, and ability to:
- Chase inputs
- Resolve blockers
- Experience with the following is helpful but not mandatory:
- DCO
- Paid social
- Display ads
- Dynamic feeds
- Dynamic creative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-team environment involving multiple vendors
