BESPOKE is a growing sales and marketing company based in Newcastle. We specialise in designing customer-focused marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our on-site team in supporting the planning, delivery, and coordination of campaign initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their career looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and campaign coordination within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
While no specific marketing experience is required, we welcome applicants from backgrounds including customer-facing roles, administration, retail, hospitality, or similar, who are eager to develop their marketing skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in assisting with the implementation and execution of our marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, from start to finish
- Assisting with promotional activities and creating campaign materials
- Engaging directly with customers to provide accurate information on active campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaign objectives
- Assisting in tracker tracking and performance analysis, and compiling basic updates for review
- Participating in team briefings, training sessions, and post-campaign reviews
- Supporting general campaign operations and administrative tasks as needed

- Have an interest in marketing, branding, or campaign design
- Exhibit strong communication skills and enjoy interactions with people
- Are organised, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Are comfortable working within an on-site, team-focused environment
- Have relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, events management, or administrative support (experience is beneficial but not mandatory)
