Introduction to the Role

Join INOVA Multi-Academy Trust and Help To Transform Lives Through The Power Of Learning.

INOVA Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and creative Marketing Campaign Lead to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who is passionate about creating impactful campaigns that support education and make a real difference to communities.

Supporting a family of seven primary schools and three secondary schools across Sheffield, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand, engaging stakeholders and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns that support pupil recruitment, staff recruitment and Trust growth.

About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Lead plays a pivotal role in campaign planning, coordination and creative development within INOVA Multi-Academy Trust's Marketing & Communications function. Acting as the bridge between strategic priorities and delivery activity, the role ensures that marketing and communications campaigns are well-planned, creatively engaging and focused on measurable outcomes.

The postholder will lead the planning and coordination of integrated campaigns across the Trust, supporting key priorities including pupil recruitment, staff recruitment, stakeholder engagement and organisational growth. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will translate strategic objectives into clear campaign plans, develop compelling messaging and narratives, and coordinate activity across multiple channels to maximise reach, engagement and impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
