As a Marketing Campaign Manager (Digital Lead), you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing activity that support business growth, customer engagement and lead generation across Fera’s key business sectors. The role owns the development and optimisation of digital channels, including website performance, SEO, analytics, marketing automation and AI-enabled search visibility, ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, including the KSO Business Unit, the role ensures marketing activity is customer-focused, insight-led and aligned to organisational priorities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan, develop and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead and implement the organisation’s digital marketing strategy.
- Drive website performance, SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation.
- Develop AI-enabled search and digital visibility strategies.
- Partner with the KSO Business Unit to support commercial growth objectives.
- Use marketing data and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Manage and develop a Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Apprentice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing activity.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, website optimisation and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console and related analytics tools.
- A track record of improving organic search performance and website traffic.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial, customer-focused mindset.
