As Europe's leading professional hair and beauty supplier, we're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to create and deliver impactful campaigns that engage customers, strengthen our brands and drive commercial growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life across multiple channels, using insight and creativity to deliver campaigns that make a real difference.
The Role
You'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, ecommerce and digital channels, working closely with teams across CRM, Content, Social Media, Ecommerce, Merchandising and Store Operations.
From shaping campaign strategy through to analysing performance, you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement, improving campaign effectiveness and influencing marketing decisions across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Create campaign plans aligned with commercial and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximise return on investment.
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects and agency relationships.
- Coach and support a Campaign Marketing Executive.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with creative flair and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, digital marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Experience managing agencies and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Previous people management or coaching experience is desirable.
- Experience within retail, beauty or another customer-focused industry would be an advantage.
