Role Description

You will play a key role in accelerating growth for Allianz Pet, owning and delivering partner marketing campaigns that drive pet insurance lead generation and sales for Petplan. You’ll work at the heart of our partnerships business, shaping data-led marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Location: This role is based in our Birmingham office, please note that this is a hybrid working role.

In this part-time role, you will work 21 hours a week, ideally over 5 days, with a view of hours increasing over time.

Salary Information

Circa £25.400 per year (based on 21 hours per week). Pay is based on experience, skills, and location and is part of our total reward package.

About You

  • Define and own marketing plans across a portfolio of partnerships to drive lead generation and growth
  • Monitor and optimise partner marketing performance in line with commercial objectives
  • Advise partners on channel strategy, campaign planning, forecasting and performance measurement
  • Manage delivery of marketing activity within agreed budgets and KPI frameworks
  • Design and optimise digital customer journeys to improve conversion and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, acting as their key marketing contact
  • Work closely with account managers to align marketing plans with partner strategies and operations
  • Create sales enablement materials, including training content and pitch documentation
  • Develop innovative marketing solutions to overcome sales and process challenges
  • Ensure all marketing assets meet internal governance and Financial Conduct Authority requirements
  • Provide product and market expertise and manage technical approvals with partners
  • Champion customer insight, leading research and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, creative campaigns
  • Present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decisions
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities at pace in collaboration with internal teams

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in marketing, ideally within D2C or B2B2C environments
  • Proven ability to create and deliver multi-channel communication plans
  • Experience using customer insight and data to shape marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of performance measurement and campaign optimisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to present, influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with external partners, agencies or suppliers
  • Good understanding of regulatory and risk requirements within marketing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Experience managing partnership or affiliate marketing channels
  • Strong creative judgement and copywriting capability
  • Experience developing and testing customer journeys and campaigns
  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage
