Marketing Campaigns Manager

12-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid – South West England

We're partnering with a globally respected UK government authority, a world-leading organisation in its field, with an international audience spanning commercial operators, distributors, government bodies and defense stakeholders, to find a Marketing Campaigns Manager on a 12-month contract.

The client has been clear: they need someone who doesn't just manage channels, they need someone who builds campaigns from the content up. That means writing, shaping messaging frameworks, briefing creative, and owning the narrative across every touchpoint. If you live and breathe integrated campaign delivery from the first copy draft through to HubSpot build, analytics and optimisation then this could be your next role.

What you'll be doing

Content & campaign strategy (core focus)

  • Shaping integrated campaign strategies from scratch, developing themes, messaging frameworks, and audience narratives for complex B2B audiences globally
  • Writing high-converting copy for emails, landing pages and social ads aimed at a technical, international B2B audience (this is a hands-on writing role, not a brief-and-delegate one)
  • Building and QA-ing landing pages, CTAs and campaign assets — taking things from copy draft and design wireframe through to final approval
  • Supporting flagship thought-leadership and brand programmes that establish the organisation's authority and influence across its sector
  • Keeping content consistent and audience-led across every channel — web, email, social, paid and content marketing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
