ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Campaigns & Projects Manager reports to the Director of Marketing, working closely with Regional Heads of Marketing and other colleagues across all offices. The role will lead on the development and implementation of global marketing campaigns, as well as the organisation and continuous improvement of our marketing reporting, best practice, and third-party relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting on the planning and delivery of global and multi-regional marketing campaigns
- Working closely with the broader BD&M team and partners to develop and coordinate campaigns that are informed by client intelligence and market trends, reflecting key priorities and objectives
- Ensuring campaigns support and are supported by other initiatives, particularly business development (BD) and customer relationship management (CRM) activities that drive client engagement and pipeline development
- Enhancing reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and market engagement; sharing insights with the BD&M team to refine future campaigns
- Maximising relationships with external agencies and third-parties that support marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the Creative & Digital Studio team to produce engaging content for campaigns
- Improving and maintaining internal marketing infrastructure and processes, maximising efficiencies through technology where appropriate
- Coordinating with colleagues across all offices to ensure consistent marketing delivery
- Facilitating internal BD&M communication, policies, and procedures
- Managing and developing relationships with legal directories while supporting best practice across the global BD&M team
- Managing and overseeing departmental budgets
- Assisting with other key projects in conjunction with colleagues within the BD&M team

EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing-related field is preferred
- Over ten years’ experience in a similar role in professional services; knowledge of the finance/legal industry is desirable
- The ability to build networks with partners and staff at all levels across the organisation and influence effectively
- Strong relationship skills and the capability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of senior stakeholders
- The ability to engage credibly with all members of the organisation, demonstrating high enthusiasm and a strong ability to use own initiative
- Exceptional time management—ability to work to deadlines, manage competing demands, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- A high level of attention to detail, capable of handling a consistent and varied workload
- Creative ability to apply logic and problem solving, ideally from experience gained in a professional services environment
- A team player with the ability to build relationships within the BD&M team locally and globally
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong project, organisational, time management, and administrative skills
