The role:
We have an exciting, 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our Marketing team, ideally based from our Birmingham office (B31, Longbridge) with hybrid working. This is an exciting time to join us as we integrate with Howden.
You’ll support the delivery of high-quality, market-leading marketing campaigns aligned to our strategic priorities and business objectives. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, supporting brand perception and generating leads through effective, well-coordinated campaign activity. This role has particular responsibility for supporting Risk Advisory and Insurance & Longevity marketing activity, alongside managing a small number of cross business sectors that cut across multiple parts of the firm.
A snapshot of your day:
- Support with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, aligned to business objectives, target audiences, timelines, and budgets, as per the wider marketing plan.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaign activity working closely with colleagues in marketing, business development, and external suppliers
- Provide administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, stakeholder coordination, status tracking and meeting preparation related to campaign activity.
- Support with managing selected industry partnerships and paid-for opportunities, reviewing effectiveness and return on investment and project coordinate key campaigns, including thought leadership content, integrated campaign programmes, PR collaboration, and internal campaign promotion.
- Produce end of campaign reporting and insight, with recommendations for future activity.
- Provide marketing campaign support for Risk Advisory and Insurance Actuarial & Longevity propositions.
- Liaise with technical experts to ensure related website content and campaign materials remain accurate and up to date.
- Work with stakeholders to define and measure expected outcomes and success measures

We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or campaign support, ideally within a professional services environment
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of the marketing mix and how channels support prospects through the sales funnel
- Ability to work across virtual and cross-functional teams
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A related qualification or degree in Marketing or Business, although not essential
