About Us
United Media (https://www.united-media.com) specialises in building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. To date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your role will be high-level but varies; core duties include:

Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and foster a collaborative, innovative environment for the marketing team.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Recruiting and onboarding team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align marketing strategies with broader business objectives while working with sales, product development, and other departments.

Campaign Management
- Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including email, social media, and website campaigns.

What We Expect from You
We’re seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- +10 years of exceptional industry experience with a proven track record.
- A relentless drive to excel and deliver outstanding results.
- Unmatched work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
- Take full ownership of projects, stay proactive, and follow through.
- A passion for people—you thrive on building and strengthening relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organisational abilities with a knack for structuring and prioritising workloads.
Start date: Flexible
Work arrangement: Monday–Friday in our London office (next to Victoria Station). No remote work option.
