Marketing Coordinator – London Construction Industry Supplier
About the Role
Success Recruit are presently collaborating with a leading supplier in the construction industry, seeking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to their expanding, established team based in London.
This lively and dynamic position is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Perfect for ambitions with a strong early-career foundation in events, along with exposure and enthusiasm for marketing.
The role offers an opportunity to develop expertise across event planning (up to 50% of the role), campaign management, and broader marketing activities such as:
- Planning & executing email campaigns
- Organising and distributing marketing materials
- Supporting broader digital and project-based marketing tasks
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing team to:
- Assist across marketing programmes, including email campaigns and promotional literature
- Manage logistics for trade shows and events, ensuring on-site presence and smooth execution
- Maintain and distribute media libraries and product data
- Collaborate with the design team to develop newsletters and content
- Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and core messaging
- Liaise on email, data, websites, social media, and ongoing content development
- Support the Marketing Lead and wider team with ad-hoc project tasks

Requirements
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in marketing, business, graphics, or events
- 1–2 years+ hands-on experience in events or marketing
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information clearly
- Commitment to continuous learning & professional development
- Strong team player with excellent time management
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Hours:
- Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Salary Range:
- £37,000–£38,500 (dependant on experience)
